Receptionist – Full-Time Or Part-Time (Flexible)We are seeking a receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support daily administrative tasks. This position offers a flexible daytime schedule and is a great opportunity for individuals seeking reliable work during standard business hours.
Location: Warwick, NY Compensation: $20.00 per hour (starting rate)
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Flexible scheduling available within office hours)

Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel. Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document Office 365 for daily tasks. Complete basic math tasks as needed. Provide general administrative support to office staff and management. Assist and take on responsibility for varying projects and tasks with varying departments as needed.
Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer proficiency including Office 365.Ability to perform simple a Team-Player-reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Previous office or receptionist experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
