Job Description: Express Employment Professionals seeks a Front Desk Representative who will serve as the welcoming face of our client’s organization. This position is ideal for a mature, levelheaded individual who values professionalism and enjoys interacting with people in a respectful and courteous manner. Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMResponsibilities Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer and route incoming phone calls Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with scheduling, filing, and general administrative support Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and visitors Help ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations Qualifications 1+ years of previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience Pass background and drug screening Valid Driver’s License Reliable transportation Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Friendly and approachable Organized and detail-oriented Reliable with strong attendance habits Comfortable interacting with a diverse group of people Able to multitask while maintaining excellent customer serviceA positive representative of the organization
