Job Description:
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a professional and organized Front Office Representative to serve as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal team members. This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and polished environment. The Front Office Representative will help support daily office operations while ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and service standards of Swift 7 Consultants.
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information when appropriate. Manage incoming calls and direct communications to the appropriate departments. Assist with scheduling, appointments, and general office coordination. Maintain an organized and professional front office environment. Support administrative tasks, documentation, and internal office processes. Coordinate with team members to help maintain efficient daily operations. Handle client and visitor information with professionalism and discretion. Assist with preparing documents, records, and other office materials as needed. Deliver a consistent and positive experience throughout every client interaction.
