About the role

Job Description: Our client is a niched professional services firm, seeking an experienced Manager-level HCM Consultant to lead HR transformation engagements for their clients across a variety of industries. The role will manage project workstreams focused on areas such as HR operating model design, shared services, organizational change, HR technology, process improvement, and change management. The ideal candidate brings a Masters degree, prior management consulting experience, strong project and client leadership skills, and the ability to move from strategy through implementation. This opportunity offers a small-team consulting environment with direct exposure to clients, senior executives, and firm leadership.

Must have: demonstrable enterprise-level HR department transformation experience and strong project management skills.
